Meet The President and The Firm!
Creative Minds Firm, A visual creative content agency, was founded in 2016 by C.E.O., Mohsen M. Khaial (Instagram: @mosinpictures), who is also the President, and Executive Producer of the Agency. Mohsen, has a passion for music and production as it can be traced back to his education at Full Sail University where he received two bachelors degrees in both Film Production and Digital Cinematography, and his masters in Entertainment Business. Mohsen has taken his education and experience to accomplish achievements many strive for in their lifetime including management of social media influencer and super star, Woah Vicky, as well as having the opportunity to be the label A&R for Lyrica Anderson for the album, “Bad Hair Day”.
Carl "Video" Verna (Instagram: @videoverna), is also a big asset to the team as he serves as one of the Co-Executive Producers of the Creative Minds Firm agency. Along with his expertise, Carl provides support and creativity to his partner and crime, Mohsen. Carl's career dates back to more than two decades with his big break coming about with his role as a productions assistant on NBC's Saturday Night Live (1993). Carl, then went on to become one of New York City's top 1st assistant directors, leading him to future opportunities to work with legendary directors such as Hype Williams, Paul Hunter, Chris Robinson, and Michel Gondry. Carl, also has the pleasure of serving as the senior lab instructor for Film Television Production at the prestigious Full Sail University.
